TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ordering Custom Saddles or Tack
All custom saddles or tack will require 50% down payment at time of ordering. The balance will be due on completion and before shipping. 
If final payment is not received on custom orders within 20 days after notification of completion, the saddle or tack will be put out for sale (unless prior arrangements made). All custom saddles being shipped are insured.

Ordering Manufactured Items (Saddles, Tack, Apparel)
Wyoming Saddle Company requires payment in full before placing an order with the manufacturing company. Manufactured saddles ship in 4 to 16 weeks. We cannot guarantee manufacturers shipping dates. 

Shipping
Shipping dates are estimated but not guaranteed.

Refunds
No refunds on special ordered products, or custom saddles and tack.
Manufacturer defects can be sent back to manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Repairs
Payment for repairs is required at the time of pick-up. If repaired item is left 30 days after notification of completion it will be put out for sale (unless prior arrangements are made).
